The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the gym had everything we needed to stay active. The suite was well stocked with utensils, perfect for cooking meals. Our personal experience was elevated when we were upgraded to a bigger suite, such a nice surprise!

Clean hotel, liked to be just off Canmore and getaway and activities in Canadian Rockies thanks to peaceful location. The pool was great and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Nothing was missing in this apartment! Large balcony, comfortably equipped livingroom and bedrooms, wonderful view of the mountains. A fireplace, leather armchairs. The old village centre is overlooking the town and is full of shops, cafes.

The Two-Bedroom Suite was spacious and comfy. We loved the big kitchen and enjoyed the BBQ on the patio. Beds were super soft, and there was plenty of hot water. And A/C was a nice surprise! It's also nice and clean.

Have booked a suite with 1 bedroom and got two bedrooms and bathrooms. The room was clean and the facilities were well maintained.
The area with the pool and hot tub was not really nice. We went there one evening and that was enough. No relaxation possibilities or something similar, the Hot Tub was a little dirty as well as the ladies changing rooms were dirty. Not what I expected. The spa area with sauna can of course look different, but could only be used for a fee.

Impressive room with stunning views, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. Paid $ 426. Early check-in, parking under ground. The pool was nice, comfortable to sit around. Really nice experience there.

Dined at The Wandering Elk and it was a culinary adventure, especially their local game dishes! The spacious two-bedroom suite offered fine views and had a well-stocked kitchen. The comfy bed made soaking in the mountain vibe all that sweeter.
Shower plumbing was a bit funky, leaving us with a swampy tub. The outdated furniture and heavy carpet could use a modern touch. Not to mention, a check-out time at 10 am felt rushed for a vacay vibe!

We enjoyed the set up of the suite - 2 fireplaces and the kitchen were wonderful amenities.
We had a difficult time communicating with some staff. We called the hotel for directions as we arrived later than expected and misplaced our directions. The staff person wasn't very helpful (he didn't know there were 2 information centres in Canmore) and we had to stop at a store and get the correct directions. The fireplace in the living room and the icemaker in the fridge were not working when we arrived. We called guest services the next morning to report the problem and advised that we were going out, but they could come up while we were away. This did not happen and we had to call again. The service man who came up was very helpful though. We were also expecting the spa to be operational and were disappointed that it was not. Although the Solara recommended another spa, there wasn't a discount or special deal. We also found it quite inconvenient to have to walk outside to get to the hot tub and pool.

Everything was fine, but I found it strange that the wellness area was only accessible via the underground car park. Who likes to go to the underground car park in a bathrobe?
